Two industrial warehouse buildings were converted into creative office space which entailed a full seismic retrofit.  A core of braced frames was added as well as braced frames at the exterior wall locations in strategic areas to work with the Architectural design. The site underwent a full upgrade for Low Impact Development and to meet current ADA requirements.  The project consists of over 190,000 square feet and is located in El Segundo, CA
